Where we are
Beauty & Wellness Clinic is inside World on Yonge at 7191 Yonge Street, Unit 701-A, on the north-east corner of Yonge and Steeles. Steeles Avenue is the boundary between Toronto and York Region, so the clinic is technically in Markham, five minutes from Thornhill, and a straight drive up Yonge from North York. There is free underground parking, and the seventh-floor suite is reached by elevator from the garage.
We are one practitioner, one clinic. We used to publish a separate page for each city we serve; they all said the same thing, so this is now the one page with real directions from each area. If you are looking for a specific treatment, the treatments page lists everything with prices.
Directions by area
Drive times are typical off-peak estimates. Yonge Street and the 404 both get slow between 4 and 6 pm; we are open until 7, so a 6:15 appointment usually misses the worst of it.
The clinic is in Thornhill's Yonge corridor within the City of Markham. From Unionville or Markham Centre, take Highway 7 west to Yonge and turn south; from central Thornhill, it is a few minutes down Yonge.
Entrance to the underground garage is from Yonge Street. Look for the World on Yonge towers.
Straight south on Yonge from Major Mackenzie, or down Bayview to Steeles and west two blocks. From Oak Ridges allow 20 minutes.
Many Richmond Hill clients come for buccal massage and Qi beauty after work; evening slots go first.
From Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg or Concord, take Highway 7 or the 407 east to Yonge, then south to Steeles. Thornhill Woods is under 10 minutes.
The 407 exit at Yonge is the quickest route from Kleinburg and the west end.
Straight north on Yonge from Sheppard or Finch. From Finch station, the Yonge bus (97) reaches Steeles in about 10 minutes. From downtown, the Yonge line to Finch then the bus is about an hour door to door; by car, the 404 to Steeles is faster.
This is the route most of our tattoo removal and buccal massage clients take. Free parking instead of a downtown lot.
Take the 401 west to the 404 north, exit at Steeles and go west to Yonge. From Agincourt or Scarborough Town Centre, Steeles Avenue west is a direct surface route.
Malvern and the east end are closer to 25 minutes.
Finch station (Line 1), then the 97 Yonge bus north to Steeles. YRT and Viva Blue stop at Yonge and Steeles as well. The clinic entrance is a short walk from the stop on the north-east corner.
Parking is free if you drive, so there is no advantage to transit beyond convenience.
